Let me tell you something, dear readers: if Disneyland and Atlantis had a highly caffeinated baby and let a pack of glitter-addicted trolls raise it, you’d get Land of Legends in Antalya. Yes, it’s as dramatic as it sounds. Possibly more. This place doesn’t just have a theme – it is a theme, wearing a sequined cape, riding a rollercoaster backwards, while shouting “FASTER!”

Land of Legends is basically what happens when someone says, “Let’s build a theme park, shopping mall, hotel, water park, AND dolphin opera… all at once.” And then follows it up with, “Also, let’s make it look like a palace exploded in a candy factory.”

You don’t just arrive here. You emerge, wide-eyed, into a realm of marble fountains, LED-lit towers, and musical waters that dance more gracefully than I did after three pints of trollberry cider.

Forget lazy rivers. Here we have:

• Typhoon Coaster – A water rollercoaster that yanked the braid off my travel assistant Snarka. She’s fine, just emotionally unstable now.
